Write Where You Are! Strategies for Teaching Four Modes of Writing
Rick wrote and published Write Where You Are! Strategies for Teaching Four Modes of Writing in 2002 in response to teachers' requests for a handbook that spelled out the techniques and approaches he uses in his classroom visits and teacher workshops. Since then Write Where You Are! has become a widely-used guide for teachers across Alabama and in the southeast and has also been used as a text in education classes at several colleges and universities.
